Get to know them in general and it will help you choose where you want to spend most of your time. For instance, much of Paris is closed on Sundays. But, the Marais, arrondissement 4, along with the ile st Louis, the Island next to the Notre Dame, are open and bustling on Sundays. Unless you are at a movie, this is the place to be, or at a Sunday farmers’ market. The cooking schools, Le Cordon Bleu and The Ritz, both offer demonstrations and full on classes for the public which are fun."
